Last Tuesday, our class listened to a text about The Stone Age and the life into a cave in Prehistory. Remember, the 1st period of time in Prehistory was the Paleolithic Age or Stone Age (you can use both expressions). Paleolithic comes from Greek language Paleos (old) and lithos (stone).

Prehistory (period of time before the written documents) is divided into three periods of time (Paleolithic Age, Neolithic Age and Metal Age) Paleolithic and Neolithic Age were the STONE Age, and the last one was the METAL Age.
